Do I need experience to join a class?

No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for all levels.

Are classes suitable for pregnant individuals?

We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before participating in any fitness classes during pregnancy.

What should I bring to class?

Please bring a water bottle and grip socks. We provide mats and props for your use during class. If you don’t have or forget your water bottle or grip socks, we have them available for purchase at the studio.

What should I wear?

Wear grip socks and comfortable athletic clothing that allows for movement. If you don’t have grip socks we have them available for purchase at the studio.

WHAT IS THE INJURY & LIABILITY POLICY?

Please note that all clients attend classes at their own risk. The Well will not be liable for any injuries sustained in the studio.

How do I sign up for classes?

You can sign up for classes online through our website or at the studio. We recommend reserving your spot in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Classes not attended without a 12-hour cancellation/ no shows will result in a fee charged to the client.
