At The Well, we strive to create a welcoming and professional environment for all our clients. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. These guidelines are designed to maintain the highest standards of service, respect for time, and mutual consideration. waitlist policy
Waitlist Confirmation:
If a spot opens and you are moved off the waitlist into a class, your spot is automatically secured. The cancellation policy applies if the spot is secured within 12 hours of the class start time. -
Grip sock policy
Grip Socks Are Required:
For safety and hygiene, all clients must wear grip socks during class. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed. -
screens policy
No Phones in Class:
Please leave phones in designated storage areas during class.Apple Watches:
Must be set to Theatre Mode to minimize distractions. -
liability policy
Participation at Your Own Risk:
By attending classes, clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any injury or incident during class. -
arrival policy
Arrive On Time:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disruption. -
personal item policy
Storage:
Please store personal belongings in designated areas. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. -
Cancellation policy
12-Hour Notice Required:
If you cannot attend a class, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance.Late cancellations will incur a $15 fee.
No-shows will incur a $20 fee.

No cash policy
For the convenience and safety of our clients and staff, we do not accept cash as a form of payment. All transactions must be completed via credit card, debit card, or gift card. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Stay Home if Unwell:
For the safety of our community, please refrain from attending class if you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness. -
membership & classpack policy
Memberships:
Monthly memberships auto-renew. Clients must provide at least 14 days' notice to cancel or make changes before the next billing cycle.Class Packs:
Class packs have expiration dates (see details at purchase). Extensions are not available.
Unlimited:
Unlimited memberships require a [90 day commitment] after 90 days the membership will auto-renew month to month. Clients must provide at least 14 days’ notice to cancel or make changes before the next billing cycle.
